Dear Friends and Family,

We are excited to announce that on Saturday, November 19th we will be releasing our 2014 Vitesse Vineyards Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon at the Equator Coffees & Teas in Larkspur. The tasting will be held from 4 - 7pm at their beautiful new 240 Magnolia Avenue location next to Perry's. 

The 2014 Vitesse will be available for purchase at our Friends & Family price of $39. per bottle. We will also be pairing the wine with some yummy treats.

Celebrating our fourth vintage, Vitesse is the singular Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon we created to give our friends and family the opportunity to experience a wine that is truly exceptional for the price. The grapes in Vitesse are the same as in other much more expensive cult Napa Valley Cabs from areas like Spring Mountain, Rutherford and Mount Veeder. But our intention from the start was to make something affordable for special occasions or to enjoy every day.

Our wonderful host for the third year in a row is Equator Coffees & Teas, a women-owned green business that sources coffee worldwide from farmers using bio-friendly farming techniques. They roast the beans to perfection right here in Marin County, resulting in a perfect cup that reflects the quality and sustainability in everything they do. 

A portion of the proceeds from sales at the event will go to the Marin County Bicycle Coalition. MCBC is committed to advocating for increased bicycle and pedestrian funding, interconnected routes, safety and skills education and policies that build a bike-friendly Marin.. We have been fortunate to receive many positive accolades for Vitesse, including a 92 point rating in Wine Enthusiast Magazine and a 91 point rating from Robert Parker and The Wine Advocate, who described Vitesse as having "Bordeaux-like acidity and "beautiful, pure, red, blue and black fruits, a touch of earth and sweet tannin."

We've sold out of the 2011 vintage and are almost sold out of the 2012 and 2013 vintages, but we will have a few cases available at the 2014 release event.
